At 37 I was diagnosed with a heart condition, after a year the cardiologist had not really treated me just kept adding more meds that never helped.  I Had a heart attack at 38 and found a new cardiologist.  He has changed my meds and told me I have to, have to loose weight.  Well the fact of the matter is that since I have been diagnosed with the heart condition I have gained 70 pounds.  Yup 70!  but now with my new meds i think I will be able to start exercising and getting back to being myself. 

This will be a very big adventure, during the blog I will be posting stuff about, how I am making money since I had to quit my very good job with the state.  They would not work with me and let me take an extended time off to get better,  Oh well its there lose.  I will also be building some vehicles and boats (wood type), and working with the horses.  LOL I rant.
